I was coached by Wendy over a multi month window in 2022/ 2023. We discussed a myriad of topics, but at it's heart, we spoke about leadership, influence without role power and building impactful teams. I came away from each session enriched having learnt something new about myself - a precious gift that is incredibly hard to come by. One major tool I took away from the experience is to critically reflect on the core assumptions on which the conundrum in question rests and systematically peel it off.

Coach Wendy's process is thorough but adaptive to the needs of the person being coached. For instance, in my case, she would encourage open ended conversation to start and we'd build a meaningful session from the tactical question I've been grappling with over that period finally culminating in a material point of self reflection.

From her coaching, I find myself more empathetic and more capable of creating psychological safety for my team as well as better armed to work with xfn stakeholders in a large matrixed org. Thank you Wendy!
