A coach who can see your true you, crack you open, and equip you to propel forward are truly wonderful and I am grateful I find one in her. When I started my coaching sessions, I had high expectation that her guidance and insights from her experience as a senior leader will provide solution/map for me to move forward.

The journey turned out to be different: they were deconstruct sessions-I had to constantly look inside me to answer some basic questions which are unrelated at times. At the same time, she provided me with safe space to express all my assumptions and opinions and gave me little nudge to challenge those thoughts.

At the end of the journey, as opposed to the map itself, I obtained an inner compass to equip me to find my own path confidently.
