Working with Wendy has opened up so many things for me. She is able to notice things in our conversations that I've never paid attention to. I often didn't have any specific item to seek guidance. However, just through casual conversations Wendy was able to help identify areas that I can improve on. But more importantly with specific ideas on the how. I found working with Wendy to be very rewarding.

Wendy is very perceptive. She can easily identify a person's traits and inclinations. With that knowledge she works with you to reflect on your behaviour/motivation; identify areas to improve. The approach is always practical and insightful.
