In the midst of the pandemic in 2021, we have engaged Wendy as a partner to co-design, develop, and implement an agile culture for a regional financial institution. Although the entire project was conducted virtually with team members and clients based in Malaysia and Singapore, Wendy has consistently brought tremendous energy, wisdom, and creativity, drawing on her rich experience both as a coach as well as a former HR/business leader. Her responsiveness and agility to adapt frequent changes in clients' needs and overcome multiple obstacles is remarkable. She is a joy to work with, readily challenges the status quo and try out new ideas, and she embodies the true spirit of partnership. The project would not have been a success without her.
