I’ve been working with Wendy for a few months now and she has really helped me to explore and tackle the things that have been holding me back. She listens very carefully and is able to play back what she hears in ways that help you to better understand yourself and solve your own problems. 

The things we talk about vary, and I like how flexible Wendy can be with her approach depending on the frequency we speak or the time we have together.

She has been a great help as I’ve settled into a more senior role and I look forward to continuing our relationship
