I worked with Wendy at Mars Inc from 2001 until 2012. During this tenure Wendy changed from a Finance role into an HR role. In this role her true passion shone through. 

She is an active listener and is able to coach and direct people in the right direction accordingly through self-discovery and consultation. She is very familiar with Myers Briggs, Lominger, Gallup Q12 Survey and Creating and Managing High Performance Teams.
