I was lucky to be paired with Coach Wendy through the BetterUp programme. We had great chemistry and I was comfortable being vulnerable with her. She put me at ease with her calm demeanour and active listening without judgment. She is very structured in her thinking and communications, and often challenged my thought process to enable me to emerge at my own solutions.

As a result, we ended almost every session with clear action items. I learnt so much through our 3-month coaching journey and have built confidence in my capabilities to drive my growth. I also find Coach Wendy really inspiring as a relatable role model - she’s a woman who built an impressive career in MNCs in Malaysia, and she’s a mom too!
